Calcium-rich Milk Products: fluid milk or yogurt, cheese, ice cream, cottage cheese.
Vitamin C-Rich Fruits and Vegetables: Orange, chili peppers, kiwi, mango, guava or lemon
Vitamin A-Rich Fruits and Vegetables: Carrot, apricots, mango or cantaloupe, lettuce
Unsaturated Fats: vegetable oil (canola, safflower, corn, olive)
