Comi muitos lanches, doces e junk food sem me importar com o impacto que teve na minha sa\u00fade e peso, e mostrou! Cheguei ao ponto em que meu peso se tornou um problema real. Eu estava sendo intimidado muito e isso realmente me arrastou para baixo.
