I ate a lot of snacks, sweets, and junk food without caring about the impact it had on my health and weight, and it showed! I got to the point where my weight became a real issue. I was getting bullied a lot and that really dragged me down. I lost my confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>That\u2019s when I realized that I had to do something about it, and that\u2019s how I got started.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wallpapercave.com\/wp\/wp4478969.png\" alt=\"12\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What was the hardest part about your transformation?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the beginning, I wasn\u2019t very confident about the outcome of my journey, and everything seemed impossible to me. I had absolutely no clue about the importance of nutrition, and at the time the whole process was very scary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>I think the hardest part was adapting to new nutrition habits.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wallpapercave.com\/wp\/wp4478971.png\" alt=\"5\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is your life like now that you\u2019ve made such an amazing transformation?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>I think this transformation was the best change I ever could have made in my life. I didn\u2019t only make a physical change, but also a big mental change too. (Laughs) However, the best exercises that work for me are tricep pushdowns using the cable rope machine.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is your approach to nutrition?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>I really try to keep it as healthy as possible.
