Rich sources of vitamin A like carrots, peaches, papaya, spinach that will work wonders to preserve eye health.

Dark green, leafy vegetables such as kale, collard greens and dark green lettuce (think Romaine), must be on the menu.

Egg yolks are known to be a great source of nutrition.

Omega-3 fatty acids that are found in fish oil, such as salmon, sardines, tuna and mackerel.
