Ils ont constat\u00e9 que la consommation de plus que l\u2019allocation alimentaire recommand\u00e9e pourrait b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des os.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs ont fait valoir que de nombreuses recommandations d\u2019apport en prot\u00e9ines par des organismes de r\u00e9glementation \u00e0 travers le monde ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablies sur les r\u00e9sultats non osseux pour la sant\u00e9, et donc d\u2019autres recherches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires pour voir comment les prot\u00e9ines , qui repr\u00e9sente 50% du volume osseux et un tiers de sa masse- peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier aux os. \u00ab Plus de 53 % des Am\u00e9ricains de plus de 50 ans ont une sant\u00e9 osseuse sous-optimale, ce qui les pr\u00e9dispose grandement \u00e0 des fractures \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Dr Taylor Wallace, coauteur du d\u00e9partement d\u2019\u00e9tudes nutritionnelles et alimentaires de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 George Mason. Bien que des examens syst\u00e9matiques de l\u2019impact des prot\u00e9ines sur la sant\u00e9 des os aient \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9dig\u00e9s (et avec des r\u00e9sultats mitig\u00e9s), le Dr Wallace a soutenu que ce pr\u00e9sent rapport , publi\u00e9 dans le Journal of the American College of Nutrition, \u00ab est le premier examen syst\u00e9matique du genre qui montre que la consommation de prot\u00e9ines au-dessus des niveaux recommand\u00e9s actuels est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9 des os \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9lection des \u00e9tudes \u00e0 revoir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs ont recueilli des essais contr\u00f4l\u00e9s randomis\u00e9s et des \u00e9tudes de cohorte prospectives o\u00f9 les participants sont des adultes en bonne sant\u00e9 \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 ans et plus. Toutes les \u00e9tudes devaient examiner la relation entre des doses variables de prot\u00e9ines au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019apport quotidien recommand\u00e9 par les \u00c9tats-Unis (0,8 g\/kg\/j, soit de 10 % \u00e0 15 % de l\u2019apport calorique total). Les bases de donn\u00e9es utilis\u00e9es \u00e9taient PubMed, Ovid Medline et Agricola, et la recherche dans la base de donn\u00e9es a dur\u00e9 jusqu\u2019en avril 2017. Au total, 31 \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisies et incluses dans la synth\u00e8se quantitative.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultats de fracture<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De multiples \u00e9tudes dans l\u2019analyse ont not\u00e9 des am\u00e9liorations statistiquement significatives de la densit\u00e9 min\u00e9rale osseuse sur diff\u00e9rentes parties du corps \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes p\u00e9riodes d\u2019intervention (d\u2019aussi peu que 35 semaines \u00e0 104 semaines) lorsque les participants consommaient plus que l\u2019apport quotidien recommand\u00e9 en prot\u00e9ines. Cependant, il y avait aussi des \u00e9tudes qui n\u2019ont vu aucun changement statistiquement significatif, ce qui a conduit les chercheurs \u00e0 conclure: \u00ab\u00a0Bien que de nombreuses \u00e9tudes ont rapport\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de la DMO, il y avait une grande variabilit\u00e9 dans le site mesur\u00e9. Les chercheurs ont \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y avait pas beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9tudes qui ont examin\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de fracture. \u00ab\u00a0Les donn\u00e9es les plus convaincantes proviennent d\u2019une analyse de l\u2019Initiative pour la sant\u00e9 des femmes, o\u00f9 les patients qui ont consomm\u00e9 20% plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s apports en prot\u00e9ines calibr\u00e9es ont montr\u00e9 une diminution significative du risque de fractures de l\u2019avant-bras\u00a0\u00bb, ont-ils \u00e9crit. Mais les r\u00e9sultats sont toujours prometteurs, ont-ils ajout\u00e9. Aucune litt\u00e9rature existante ne sugg\u00e8re qu\u2019il y ait un effet d\u00e9favorable sur la consommation de prot\u00e9ines au-dessus de l\u2019allocation quotidienne recommand\u00e9e aux os.
