Cette position provoque des douleurs globales et de dos parce que dormir sur le ventre laisse la courbe naturelle de votre colonne vert\u00e9brale sans soutien. Dormir toute la nuit avec la t\u00eate tourn\u00e9e d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 fatigue votre cou. Presser votre visage contre les draps ou l\u2019oreiller toute la nuit provoque des rides et des \u00e9ruptions cutan\u00e9es.<\/p> <p><strong>Position f\u0153tale<\/strong><br\/>La position f\u0153tale est la plus r\u00e9confortante, mais c\u2019est aussi la deuxi\u00e8me pire position de sommeil. Il en r\u00e9sulte des douleurs au cou et au dos, des rides et des seins affaiss\u00e9s. L\u2019enroulement extr\u00eame de la position f\u0153tale peut \u00e9galement inhiber la respiration profonde.
