Groupe 1 a \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 avoir tout ce qu\u2019ils d\u00e9siraient pour le petit d\u00e9jeuner, tandis que le groupe 2 avait deux \u0153ufs pour le petit d\u00e9jeuner et le groupe 3 appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 bagels petit d\u00e9jeuner pour commencer leur journ\u00e9e. Les personnes mangeurs d\u2019\u0153ufs ont perdu 65 % plus de poids et 35 % plus de graisse du ventre que les mangeurs de bagels.
