Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 r\u00e9cemment, nous les sirotions tous dans la salle de gym et tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, croyant qu\u2019ils nous aideraient \u00e0 retenir le muscle et \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer plus rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi ont-ils soudainement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 tomber en d\u00e9s mode?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La diff\u00e9rence entre les BCAA et les EAAs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/18\/f0\/f7\/18f0f79a86abd5c487a5ed345cee88f0.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Il semble que derni\u00e8rement, la plupart des nouveaux produits amin\u00e9s sont eaas, ou m\u00e9langes d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s essentiels.
