J\u2019ai mang\u00e9 beaucoup de collations, bonbons et malbouffe sans se soucier de l\u2019impact qu\u2019il a eu sur ma sant\u00e9 et le poids, et il a montr\u00e9! Je suis arriv\u00e9 au point o\u00f9 mon poids est devenu un vrai probl\u00e8me. Je me fais intimider beaucoup et cela m\u2019a vraiment entra\u00een\u00e9 vers le bas. Je n\u2019ai pas seulement fait un changement physique, mais aussi un grand changement mental aussi.
