Techbull Team (“we,” “our,” or “us”) built the Training Day app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by Techbull Team at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page informs visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
- Email address
- Name
- Profile photo (if you choose to add one)
If you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account as authorized by your permissions.
To provide the core functionality of the app, we also collect and store fitness-related data that you enter yourself:
- Height, weight, fitness goals, and experience level
- Custom workout routines and exercises you create
- Workout session logs (sets, reps, weight used, duration)
- Streak and training progress data
Storage & Sync: This information is stored securely using Supabase, our cloud backend platform, and is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols. A copy of your routine templates and logs is stored locally on your device (via local cache/database) to allow the app to work offline. This local data automatically syncs with our servers when an internet connection is established.

As we expand features in future releases, this app may integrate:
- Firebase Analytics & Firebase Crashlytics: To understand app performance, usage, and diagnostic crash reports (Firebase Privacy).
- RevenueCat: To manage optional digital subscriptions (RevenueCat Privacy).
- Google AdMob: To display optional rewarded ads to unlock select features (Google AdMob Privacy).
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: To deliver local/push workout notifications.
Log Data
Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error or crash in the app, we may collect diagnostic data and information through third-party monitoring tools called Log Data. This Log Data may include details such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, app configuration at the time of the event, and timestamps.
Cookies
This Service does not use “cookies” explicitly. However, the app and integrated third-party SDKs or web views may use cookies or similar tracking identifiers to collect operational information. You have the ability to accept or refuse these cookies via your device settings.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To perform Service-related operations; or
- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is utilized.
These third parties have access to your Personal Information strictly to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf, under contractual obligations not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your personal data and employ commercially acceptable measures to safeguard it. All cloud data transmission is encrypted via standard SSL/TLS protocols. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
User Account & Data Deletion
You retain full control over your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated workout history at any time:
- In-App Deletion: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the app to immediately purge your account and database records.
- Web Request: If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, submit an account deletion request by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Delete Training Day Account” from your registered account email.
Upon request, all personal identifiers, custom plans, and workout logs stored in Supabase will be permanently erased within 30 days.
Children’s Privacy
This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the event that we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. You are advised to review this page periodically for updates. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a revised effective date.
