Los participantes completaron varios cuestionarios, incluyendo el Cuestionario de Nomofobia, la Escala de Somnolencia de Epworth y el \u00cdndice de Higiene del Sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Peszka tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que una recomendaci\u00f3n com\u00fan para mejorar los h\u00e1bitos de sue\u00f1o es limitar el uso del tel\u00e9fono antes y durante la hora de acostarse.
