Las arterias estrechas reducen el flujo de sangre al coraz\u00f3n, los m\u00fasculos y otros \u00f3rganos del cuerpo, lo que dificulta el ejercicio. Durante el ejercicio, el flujo sangu\u00edneo ayuda a aumentar el suministro de ox\u00edgeno a los m\u00fasculos. Your resting heart rate is how many beats per minute your heart produces when you are not being active. When you smoke, this number is increased because of the extra work your heart has to do to keep your body going. Your heart rate could possibly rise to dangerous levels to perform the physical activities you\u2019re asking your heart to do. Fumar da\u00f1a tu capacidad pulmonar. El alquitr\u00e1n del humo del cigarrillo recubre los pulmones y hace que los sacos de aire sean menos el\u00e1sticos. Fumar tambi\u00e9n produce flema que puede hacer que los pulmones se congestionan. Fumar incluso algunos cigarrillos al d\u00eda puede disminuir la capacidad de su cuerpo para usar ox\u00edgeno de manera efectiva.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3>Use El ejercicio para ayudarle a dejar de fumar<\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>El ejercicio puede ser una parte importante de tu plan para dejar de fumar. El ejercicio reduce los antojos y te ayuda a controlar otros s\u00edntomas de abstinencia y reducir el estr\u00e9s. Adem\u00e1s, cuando dejes de fumar, tu frecuencia card\u00edaca disminuir\u00e1, la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea aumentar\u00e1 y la funci\u00f3n pulmonar mejorar\u00e1, lo que tambi\u00e9n
