Mientras que en los libros de texto la leche se llama como un alimento integral, a todos nos encanta combinar la leche con nuestras galletas favoritas, frutas y, a veces, incluso con comidas adecuadas. Pero el Ayurveda proh\u00edbe esta combinaci\u00f3n&#8221;. Profundizando, dijo: &#8220;Los alimentos incompatibles son da\u00f1inos. Agni, o el fuego digestivo en el intestino humano es responsable de digerir los alimentos que comemos. Similar a un fuego normal, se ve afectado por acelerantes e inhibidores.
