Es kann also zwischen 3-4 Minuten und sogar 8-10 Minuten zwischen den S\u00e4tzen variieren!! ** Auch hier h\u00e4ngt der Ruhezeitpunkt auch von den individuellen Wiederherstellungsf\u00e4higkeiten zwischen den S\u00e4tzen ab.
