Gr\u00f6\u00dfere Nomophobie war signifikant im Zusammenhang mit gr\u00f6\u00dferer Tagesm\u00fcdigkeit und mehr Verhaltensweisen im Zusammenhang mit schlechter Schlafqualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Wir fanden heraus, dass College-Studenten, die mehr &#8216;Nomophobie&#8217; erleben, auch eher Schl\u00e4frigkeit und schlechtere Schlafhygiene wie lange Nickerchen und inkonsistente Bett- und Wachzeiten erleben&#8221;, sagte Hauptautorin Jennifer Peszka, PhD, Professorin f\u00fcr Psychologie am Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend Peszka davon ausging, dass Nomophobie unter den Studienteilnehmern \u00fcblich sein w\u00fcrde, war sie von ihrer hohen Pr\u00e4valenz \u00fcberrascht.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Da unsere Studie einen Zusammenhang zwischen Nomophobie und schlechterem Schlaf nahelegt, ist es interessant zu \u00fcberlegen, was die Folgen sein werden, wenn die Schwere der Nomophobie weiter zunimmt&#8221;, sagte sie.<\/p>\n<p>An der Studie nahmen 327 Studenten mit einem Durchschnittsalter von 20 Jahren teil. Die Teilnehmer f\u00fcllten mehrere Frageb\u00f6gen aus, darunter den Nomophobie-Fragebogen, die Epworth-Schl\u00e4frigkeitsskala und den Schlafhygieneindex.<\/p>\n<p>Peszka bemerkte auch, dass eine gemeinsame Empfehlung zur Verbesserung der Schlafgewohnheiten ist, die Telefonnutzung vor und w\u00e4hrend des Schlafengehens zu begrenzen. Sie sagte jedoch, dass f\u00fcr Menschen, die Nomophobie haben, diese Empfehlung die Schlafangst versch\u00e4rfen und den Schlaf st\u00f6ren k\u00f6nnte, anstatt sie zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Die Empfehlung, die Nutzung von Telefonen im Bett einzuschr\u00e4nken, die den Schlaf verbessern soll und ziemlich einfach erscheint, k\u00f6nnte eine Anpassung oder Ber\u00fccksichtigung f\u00fcr diese Personen ben\u00f6tigen&#8221;, sagte sie.<\/p>\n<p>Das Forschungsteam bestand aus den Co-Forschern David Mastin, PhD, und Bruce Moore, PhD, von der University of Arkansas in Little Rock, wo die anderen Co-Autoren Studentenforscher sind: Shalonda Michelle, Benjamin T.
